Our next STS ride goes to Teaneck, NJ, 26 miles from the start at Dinosaur Playground (97th St & Riverside Drive) to the finish at the Manhattan end of the GWB. We're climbing the same hill (Walnut St) but maybe you'll find it easier this week. Our lunch stop is Veggie Heaven in Teaneck, a kosher restaurant that specializes in vegetarian imitations of pork, seafood, and other treyf.

Your bike should be in good condition and you should be comfortable riding in a group. Helmets are required on all 5BBC rides and you should carry a spare tube and water.

Check your email before setting out. You will be notified of any change in plans by 8:00 AM. And please withdraw from the list if you will not be riding.
