GWB to Rockland Lake Loop
THE QUICK SPIN RIDE BY JOHN SLASKI IS SIMILAR TO THIS RIDE AND HE WILL SHOW YOU THAT QUICK SPINS ARE NOT THAT MUCH HARDER TO DO. GIVE IT A TRY! EMAIL HIM IF YOU ARE CONCERNED
This is a 50 mile ride starting at the GWB, and heading up north to Rockland Lake State Park. On the way back, we will be stopping in Nyack, where there are about a dozen places to choose from for lunch. We will be keeping a 15-16mph average on the flats, and regrouping on top of the hills. There is around 2200 feet of climbing, spread out over the ride. If you have never ridden up in this area, you will love it!
THINGS TO BRING:
Money for lunch
2 spare tubes that fit your bike
Water for ride
optional: small lock for lunch break
