BIKE REPAIR COURSES

It's all about the bike. With our classes, you can learn how to buy a bike, how to keep it in good condition, and how to fix problems on the road.

How to Fix a Flat

Date:Thursday, May 15th
Time:6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Place:Hostelling International, 891 Amsterdam Avenue (at 103rd Street), Manhattan, in the back yard.

Learn to change a flat tire and feel confident on the road. This hands-on class will help you learn how to change your tube and what tools to carry. (Hint: a spare tube or patch kit, tire levers, and a pump.)

This course is FREE for 5BBC members and riders/volunteers on the Montauk Century 2008.
If you're not a club member, you can fix that here.
Registration for this course is NOT required, just show up with your bike and with a pump and tire levers (if you have them).
