Family Ride to the Little Red Lighthouse and Ft. Lee Historic Park

MONDAY, MAY 29th (Memorial Day)

Meet at 8:45AM, Hippo Playground in Riverside Park
Located Near West 90th St and Riverside Drive, Distance is approx 13 miles

Young children in bike seats, trailers or tandems, and older children with strong legs and good cycling skills are invited to join their parents and other interested adults in a ride up the west side bike path to the little red lighthouse, where we will read the book The Little Red Lighthouse and the Great Grey Bridge, and then continuing across the George Washington Bridge for a picnic lunch at the Fort Lee Historic Park. Riders will have the option of returning via the bike path or Riverside Drive. Bring sunscreen, lunch and plenty of drinks for your family. Rain cancels.
